Hello! I am Dr Catherine White.

I am a chartered, HCPC-registered Health Psychologist. I provide one-to-one psychological support and health coaching for anyone who is looking to feel better in their day-to-day life, and to make healthy lifestyle changes and improvements to their wellbeing. This may include support with diet, physical activity or sleep. I can support with management of long-term health conditions, for example, diabetes, chronic pain, or reproductive health. I can help you to stop smoking and to reduce your alcohol consumption.

Using a combination of therapeutic approaches and health coaching techniques, I help people to gain clarity on their goals and values, develop their confidence, increase their motivation, and improve their sense of physical and mental wellbeing. We will work together to create and maintain long-lasting, positive changes to your health.

Paced & Coaching Packages

Paced packages consist of two sessions per month, including clinical assessment, therapeutic goal setting and monitoring, with a mapped out treatment plan developed collaboratively. The coaching package is a 3-month health coaching package designed to provide ongoing support and accountability.
