See My Health: Cervical Cancer Screening Toolkit

Welcome to See My Health, your health toolkit for cervical cancer screening appointments.

Based on my doctorate research that showed that people often find it difficult to go to important health appointments.

This is for lots of different reasons including:

• It feels scary
• They do not know what to expect
• They have had negative experiences in the past
• They are worried that they will not be able to speak with the health professional
• They might forget important things they want to share
  or questions they want to ask

This website was created to give you the toolkit to help to overcome some of these difficulties.
